But once you've ridden out of the test centre it means not a lot. When people say they need to put baffles in etc. for MOT's then I keep telling them ... just find a proper MOT station

Re: Exhaust and Number Plates - Police view
The trouble is those 9 x7 plates look so damn goofy on a bike , they are up there with top boxes, there should be a law against them. shall we orgers organise a number plate campaign. we can ride on whitehall and demand action, I'm in.

Re: Exhaust and Number Plates - Police view
ps, heard honda have applied for a patent concerning front number plates for bikes(REf: visordown.com), now can you imagine the embarrassment of a front number plate attached to your mudguard. doh!!

Re: Exhaust and Number Plates - Police view
Ralph it cannot be denied that the number plate on that bike looks so fitting like a salt pot next to pepper , but I still have reservations about its suitability on a ZX 10 , the bike is a credit to you M8 great pic.

Re: Exhaust and Number Plates - Police view
Front number plates are required by law in Barbados on bikes.* It can be done with stickers so while not asthetically pleasing, it's not quite as bad as you might imagine.
*I mean motorbikes, bicycles only require a rear numberplate. Seriously! |

Re: Exhaust and Number Plates - Police view
ok back to cans If you where to remove all identifying marks could you not clame that is is a home made exhaust and therefore does not have to have a BS or E stamp. There are NO laws against making up your own exhaust
