Who has the blue naked SV with twin round headlights, parked up in the multistorey car-park just opposite the horrible grey council buildings, in leicester city centre?

I think it has both a seat cowl and a grab rail, which always puzzles me?

I used to keep the grab rail on mine too, was easier to move about in and out of the shed
