Another great day in dot.orgers company. Thanks to all but especially to Skip for organising the route. Only one or two U turns!

I'll look at my pics and post gooduns later

Great day Skip, thanks for putting it together.

Anyone up for some more punishment.....might put together a route starting and ending in Peterborough........I'll call it The Posh Punt! Looking at some roads around Peterborough 3 or so hours with a couple of stops in mid to late September.

Gosh, he's a handsome fella in that last pic........

What a fantastic day. Ok,the weather could have been better, but with great company, nice roads ridden at a reasonable speed, and a lot of banter, it summed up what I look for on a day out.

Well done Skip!

I always remember how bumpy the B660 (The Road Of Bones) is.................what I always forget is how much my legs ache the next day after using them as shock absorbers!

Mother of God, I'm stiff today

Was worth if though

A good day out in good company - thank you all very much for welcoming us Londoners to the sticks.

Anyhoo, pics:

Rictus' and Skip's bikes outside the Red Lodge.

Our Glorious Leader Generalissimo Skip surveys the attendees and reconsiders the wisdom of this rideout:

Then puzzles over the blinding complexity of waterproofs:

Andy, (2Mths), never have I seen so much pleasure induced by a cup of tea:

Don, (Ward8124), promises to wake up soon:

Pete, (petevtwin650), snoozes:

Andy, (New Leaf) smiles at the thought of brekkie:

Sally (Messie), smiles at the thought of strangling me:

Simon, (Simple Simon), talks Llamas, apparently they like R6s:

Lissa & Pete are glad to be leaving this lot behind.

Great pics Ian - bit too extreme closeup of me for my liking - I hate having my picture taken at the best of times!

Looks like you guys had a good time - to Skip for organising the route etc.
I really did want to make it - despite my dislike for the weather I have actually got a pair of waterproofs - just my stomach said 'No!'...

... it said no to a lot of things for a couple of days.

Real shame you couldnt make it K - was looking forward to meeting you! Still, there is always next time - I think a Northampton rideout should be on the cards soon...
