The weight loss Thread

Managed to lose a couple of pounds this week, so going in the right direction again. My fat content went down a fair bit and I've had to tighten my belt one notch, so it's looking better.

This week's weigh in

Start weight 14st 11lb (13/4/13) 93.9kg
Current weight 13st 12lb (194lbs)

Target weight 13st 82.5kg

Sunday weigh in time. Am now 13 stone 10 pounds. Have gone down to a 44 inch chest and a BMI of 27.2

6 weeks at the same weight... not happy.

I need to give it a kick but don't know how.
Last week was the last of my Tuesday football and I'm now replacing that with a gym session, plus Saturday mornings I'm heading to a boot camp for a 1hr session but I don't know if they're going to build more than they burn and in which case I seriously wont see any further weight loss.

Back on the HCG again. Last day of pigging out today. I'm still the same weight as I was when the last round finished. Target this time is 9.5kg in three weeks making me the same weight as I was in 1995. My rugby fighting weight.

As of 7.7.13 am now 13 stone 7 pounds.

I have also joined the local gym/fitness centre.
Had first session Saturday and also went this eve.

HCG day 4 - 4lbs lost

Did you remember your before weight HCG photos this time? If not, get them done so we can see the results!

Photos taken whether I post them or not is a different matter!

Day 5 - 6lbs lost

Mine still hasn't turned up! Dodgy company I reckon!

If you paid by credit card just ask them to call the payment back. It's a shame there are so many dodgy buggers out there. It did look too good to be true. I paid $100 for the same stuff they were selling for a tenner!
