The weight loss Thread

Haven't been here in a few weeks now but Weighed myself at the start of the week, Not doing much and have been eating OK at best, Am down to 17st 8lbs now from 18st 4 when I started trying to eat better. I'm sure id lose more if I tried harder and actually had time to go to the gym

Day 7 - 7lb lost

and the cheat sheet now contains red wine, Stella Artois and Doritos!! I love this diet!

It turns out that quite a few people have bought via the link I put up showing what my drops look like. I deliberately stated that I didn't buy them there and that it was just as an example. Please DON'T try and order them. None of the orders have yet been fulfilled. I'll be removing the link later today. If you have been scammed, call your credit card company and get them to charge back the payment.

There may or may not be weight loss tomorrow morning due to the whopper steak, copious red wine and Coronas consumed tonight! If I do lose anything I'm going to be a millionaire! I've just invented the "Party On diet"! TM :@)

8 weeks now at the same weight, nor am I seeing any fat loss. I need to do something significant and cant think what that shall/should be particularly.

HCG now banned in UK by FDA

Weight now 13 stone 5 pounds. Been going to the gym as of last week. Have been doing light things so far as all I want to do is help the weight loss along a bit and i dont want to gain to much muscle weight.

FDA is American. They can't ban things in the UK. It is banned in the uk as a dietary supplement without prescription. t's banned here in Canada too for weight loss. Due to the enormous diet market lobbying, they want anything banned that actually works. They want you to buy into the low fat yoyo diet culture. And just because its banned doesn't mean you can't get it (everywhere)
