First ride this morning with my new Alpinestars Textile Trousers, very comfy. But slightly slippery.
Made my ride in this morning a little more interesting, never moved around so much on the bike before, just wished it was at times that I'd wanted too. Still made me smile.
Might now need some tank pads.

My youngest sending me a WhatsApp message saying my wife had bought a Mormon purse instead of a Moomin purse. Good old predictive text

I'm not sure what use you would have for either!

The Mormon one, yes, but you ladies and your handbags, purses and shoes, I'm sure you'd like a pretty purse to hold your dosh in.

I prefer a man's wallet. And I don't mean I like to spend someone else's money!

I got ten correct during the University Challenge final tonight. That was more than the losing team. And I don't have a degree. I have an E in A level art. And a GCSE in cookery.

I saw the last few minutes. I got an art question right. (I knew the answer and didn't even guess!)

I didn't know a single sciency question.
I have a degree 'n stuff in Chemistry.

Daughter got wed at the weekend.

Lynne had a frock disaster with her mother of the bride outfit as 2 hours in, the zip burst along her back. So spent the wedding breakfast with a jacket on before going home to change.

Well she returned her expensive wear only once mother of the bride outfit, along with my card as I paid for it in the first place. New experience, the shop realised it wasn't her card and had to phone me for permission to refund the waste of space dress.

Yes, result. £380 returned to my account for an outfit that she wouldn't have worn again.

Now, what can we find wrong with those shoes and handbag!!!!
