7 Days of living on nutritional juices and smoothies and I dropped 10 pounds. I've decided to keep having the smoothies for breakfast, lets see how much goes back on as water weight! Knobby has done incredibly well like thats a massive weight loss.

I've heard about this. Seen some amazing before and after pictures. What kind of workout is it? Stuff you do at home or stuff in the gym?

OK here's my entry.

Start Date - 1st September
Start Weight - 116.5Kg (256.8 pounds)

Week 1 Weigh-in - 114.6Kg (252.6 pounds)

That's nearly 2Kg (4.2 pounds) lost in a week!!

Week 2 weigh-in is on Sunday........can't wait!!

I'm learning to move more and eat less!!

Sunday weigh in time for me. Am now 12 stone 2 pounds with a BMI of 24.7. This means since I started with a start weight of 18 stone 4 pounds I have lost over 6 stone. That BMI reading means I am now just dipping into the normal region of the correct height to weight ratio. Am now down to a 34 inch waist from a 44 inch waist.

Inside I dont feel different. I still feel the same inside now as I did when I was 18.
What I am having to get used to is the fact I am literally half the size and weight I was.
This means when picking something up or moving something heavy instead of just leaning into it or just picking it up its more of a struggle now. Also as I am half the size and weight I have to remind myself I can fit into small gaps on buses and trains. Oh and also I dont have to wind up the suspension on my bikes so they are set up for two all the time !!
