Took my dressings off my knee after my op last Friday as instructed. Then find I have stitches in the wounds. No mention of these whatsoever nor any appointment arranged to have them taken out.

Oh well, sharp scissors from my swiss army knife did the job. Takes at least five days to get a doctors appt so it was easier just to take them out myself...

These definitely weren't dissolving type, that's what I thought they must be at first. But they were the old school fishing line type stuff and they were still intact after over a week. Not to mention my mums a nurse who looked at em today and confirmed they were the type that needed cutting out

YouTube Video
Error: If you cannot see this video, then either YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed to play it.

Please keep me away from anything and everything... I was meant to be stripping a bike down today due to starting issues.

But after getting the boiler fixed on Friday its Ferked again so I'm sitting waiting for another engineer to come out and fix it AGAIN!!!

So much for fixing the bike and testing some of the GM route!!!

Default Gripe of the day - What is yours?

The "that'll do", "no one will see it" attitude. Why can't anyone just do a decent job and do things properly ?

I'm selling a car on ebay. Why do folks keep sending cash offers? Just place a bid - it's not hard. Instead of making a cash offer, just put that in as your max bid and there's no effort involved whatsoever.

The best are the emails where they tell you what they think the car is worth and why you wont get anywhere near the reserve.

Never use webuyanycar.com. My partner was offered £800 for her immaculate 98 model Nissan 200SX. She advertised it for £3500 on Pistonheads and within a week, she had 5 people interested including one who was going to come over from NI with a trailer. Three no shows but the first to actually come to look at the car agreed to buy it at the full price. She may have priced it too low.
