Reckon a raffle would be good. Everyone pays full price, then whoever wins raffle calls up Hottrax to get a refund or sommat.

More hassle than its worth imho. If someone can swindle a free place fair play to them, but can't imagine it'll be easy to come by and comes with chance of annoying folk who paid full if its their booking which counts towards free one. Wouldn't particularly annoy me, but I can see how it could.

In all seriousness, the only fair way is to divide the cost of one place and give that back to the other ten so their trackday ends up being a tenner or whatever cheaper.

That could work. But tbh im not bothered if someone was to get a free place.
