Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I guess I just don't go into town much at the weekend usually art 11pm.
In other news the guy who bought my bike sent me a text this evening to say it sailed through the MOT and despite the fact he's bought it as a commuter bike he's been blatting around the Essex countryside on it all day having a blast. He also said he promises to look after it as it's in such great condition and he lives it already. I have a feeling I'll be meeting him for tea at Finchingfield in the not too distant future.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Having criticised women looking ridiculous in a thread above the irony is not lost on my that I'm sitting here pre-8am wearing nothing but a vest, pants and slippers... and my new crash helmet! I want to be sure it fits before I take the visor sticker off.
Like a total muppet I just tried to take a sip of my coffee too. But at least my slippers and helmet match.

The sun has got his hat on, hip, hip, hip, hooray
I am fully of snotty, chesty cold, But it won't get in the way! Wall to wall sunshine in grimsdale, a rarity, bringing out smiles around. Miserable bunch around here of late, must be all that water we got for Xmas!

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Did a 5k run at Alton Water today, first foot race and managed 44m19s. Burning hot but good fun. Have done obstacle races before but not normal running races.

Quit moaning about the temperature. I was stuck in a windowless office for most of the day.
