Its Thursday, never go in on a Thursday

I use Hermes & Collect+ for any parcels now, no queues at my drop off points

Tumble dryer broken down after just 2 years (to the day). Only one year warranty on this one.

Both our previous ones lasted much longer and just died.

Dryers are fairly simple to work on and parts are available online.
What's it's symptoms? ??

Beko is a Turkish make and their appliances are usually pretty reliable. You have been unlucky. I have a Beko dishwasher in my house in Turkey and a washing machine in the UK. Never had problems from either. The washing machine is brilliant.

Motor is working, but drum isn't turning. Belt is in place. Googled the problem, and it said it might be the starter capacitor which helps the motor to start the drum turning. Ive tried the simple test to see if this is the fault, and isn't.

Drum doesnt seem to want to turn, there's a lot of resistance.

Now it wasnt expensive, under £200, so do we call out our our friendly tech engineer or buy a new machine
