RAF v Army v Navy in a Twenty20 round robin.

It's the female staff's favourite day as the whole ground is full of handsome chaps from the armed forces.

an amazing chap.. he was due to ride lejog and went riding on the moors. 4 weeks later he wakes up in a hospital with no recollection of how or why. He has learnt to walk and now cycling. A privilege to be in his company and be apart of his journey.

New blackout blinds =10hours sleep after a week of ridiculous shifts and a lack of good quality sleep. I like it proper dark.

Watching a fledgling starling almost as big as its mum sit on the bird house and wait for her to bring him food from the hanging feeder with his beak wide open. The starlings are all making a right racket in the garden today and are totally unbothered by the two fat cats sitting 4 foot beneath them.

Bike mot'd no advisories even though I rebuilt the front calipers

got warned that if I bring bike next year and have only done 102 miles between mot's he will slap me and take it off me
