Mandatory CBTs on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance which are completely irrelevant for technical support personnel. Not just once, but every few months. I hate to think how many man-hours are wasted forcing everyone to go through this rubbish time after time.

You can add truck drivers who see you coming from their right on a roundabout, and just pull out anyway because it won't hurt them if you end up under their back wheels.
