Mandatory CBTs on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance which are completely irrelevant for technical support personnel. Not just once, but every few months. I hate to think how many man-hours are wasted forcing everyone to go through this rubbish time after time.

Ouch. I am under orders from my last appraisal to bone up on SOX. My director is guessing compliance is the next thing we are going to be beaten up about.
