Being forced to attend a training day that does no affect my role and left me no greater knowledge then when I walked in.

Mandatory CBTs on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance which are completely irrelevant for technical support personnel. Not just once, but every few months. I hate to think how many man-hours are wasted forcing everyone to go through this rubbish time after time.

Ouch. I am under orders from my last appraisal to bone up on SOX. My director is guessing compliance is the next thing we are going to be beaten up about.

Lycra clad heroes who cycle up the right hand side of the car when you have indicators signal flashing (for the turn) on a right turn junction.
Lucky in do a shoulder check in the car too!

You can add truck drivers who see you coming from their right on a roundabout, and just pull out anyway because it won't hurt them if you end up under their back wheels.
