Always have a pint of water sitting prepared on the kitchen worktop for post booze up bedtime drink.

It does help

And do what Mr LPH did on Friday - he wrote a note and left it out for the cats by their water bowl requesting that they didn't wake him up as it was the weekend. A NOTE!

My newest pup has decided that now it's lighter in the mornings, 6am is the appropriate time for his morning walk. Weekends included.

They don't get much different when they are 2year old's.
In the summer months it gets you time get out on the bike breakfast and home before the mob get out of the pit

Actually he's a year old already but still a pup compared to the other dogs we've got. Trouble is he wakes them up too so there's no chance of getting back to sleep with 3 waggy woofhounds whinging in your face!

We moved to Trev Towers in 2002 and after this sort of experience vowed the only way we'd move out is in a box.

My own gripe.
Job adverts that have a website "apply now" button but no name on the page so you cannot get hold of a person to tell them WHY you're a good fit for the role. You can be the best thing since sliced bread (which I am, obvs!) but if they don't like the format of your CV then they don't bother reading it. How the hell are these people every going to get the right person for the vacancy if they don't talk to them?!
