Re: AR11 Chattanooga chit chat
just looked up where the campsite is and although it says its in yorkshire, you possibly couldnt have got it closer to the lancashire border if you tried, and if you put the postcode into google it comes up Lancaster, which is in lancashire, just thaught it was much further away.
This amused me just thaught id throw it into the mix, it would be interesting to find there the county line goes though, i know it goes through todmorden but cant seem to find a map that shows it fully. |

Re: AR11 Chattanooga chit chat
Would you believe that my mate lived in Tod, and the back door was in Lancashire, front in Halifax West Yorkshire!
I knew the campsite was in Lancaster, not sure if its just outside the Yorkshire Dales boundary, or just inside it TBH

Re: AR11 Chattanooga chit chat
The whole rideout and the campsite are (just) inside Yorkshire - the borders with Cumbria and Lancashire are only about 10 miles away though.

Re: AR11 Chattanooga chit chat
Geeky question
Is anyone intending to use bike-bike etc. And what frequencies/channels etc. I tend to leave my radio pre programmed with the standard Kenwood channels. but if people are intending to be clever or off PMR frequencies etc useful to know before hand so I can set up the radio as I never can remember without my lists and manual
