Re: Vintage film cameras
Oh don't worry, I will. It's not exactly easy to pick up either - the other side of Bradford.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Picked up a 52mm genuine Nikon NC filter for my D3200 for £4 off Gumtree. Bargain price.

Re: Vintage film cameras
BX20 -yes, it's not fixed yet. Firing on one speed only (the mechanical speed) and the meter overexposes 2-3 stops. Someone down the road has a B200 so I swapped lenses and the meter reading was the same, so the problem is in the body, maybe just a duff power connection, so I know where to look now. I can bump it up the jobs list if you like! Though as I don't know what the problem is, I don't know how long it'll take to fix. It's in great condition though and has a 50mm Prakticar f1.8 lens and ERC, but no strap.

Re: Vintage film cameras
After something with a Pentacon f1.8 lens. Said to produce really dreamy images when wide open.
Films are in at ASDA. Will collect tomorrow.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Kenzie for the Canonet, shall I put it back together or just bag it up in a million bits? Right now the aperture blades are out, it's that far gone.

Re: Vintage film cameras
You can bag it. More interested in the out casings for transplant onto another QL19 if needed.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Hmm seen a Zeiss Contessa 35 on the Bay of Pigs, price is reasonable without being high or low, postage from the US is cheap, not sure if it works but meter and rangefinder spot are good. Am trying to figure out if I should get it as an early birthday present as I'll get knack all else, and I should have a chunk of money already sitting in my paypal a/c from all the random shizzzzzz I've been selling. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........
