I thought this was the case, but oddly, my brother's K8 required the fairing's holes to be widened slightly to fit the new shape R&Gs. Don't know if this is also the case on K9s.

EDIT: Whoops missed the bit about it being a curvy in the OP.

My K8 has the R&G's on it and did not require any modification at all.
