Once the RS2000 is out to paint I will get cracking on this, I reckon about christmas time. Will post again when something actually happens.

Ah thats useful info I'll pass it on, He has a couple of gearboxes and he's been toying with the idea of a 2.9 V6 from an XR4x4 I wander what that would handle like though...
I drove a Caterham a while ago on a track day, it had 150bhp and I think it had a Zetec lump in it, I spent alot of time going sideways was a huge amount of fun. I'd be interested in seeing some pics of your RS2000 once you've got it done to.

Engine choice depends on intended use surely. If it's going to be a track car use a bike engine, otherwise I'd go for a lightweight car engine.
