Option 3 Josh crashed into the back of Chris. Result = T-shirt for Josh!

After some thought and consideration here is what I have concluded:

1. The person in front will have to wear the t-shirt. A most clear case of brake, bang, bugger. It does not matter if the brake part didn't occur, the t-shirt is awarded for the "bang, bugger!" part.
2. The person who caused the accident depends upon the damage inflicted to its own bike. This situation falls under the remit of Bender's rule.

I dont think 2 SVs hitting each other actually counts as a crash....just crap riding skills

I think insurance details...or at least punches, need to be traded before the mighty yellow thing can be claimed otherwise we'll soon be running out of space on the shirt for new names.

Incorrect. The t-shirt goes to the sufferer of the effect, NOT the inflicter of the cause. T-Shirt Chris.

I disagree.

If your bike is knocked off it's side stand while you're not sat on it, you haven't crashed, but your vehicle has been damaged. No T-shirt. Damage does not equal T-shirt.

If the person behind screwed up and couldn't stop in time and hit the back of the bike, they had a crash. They earned the T-shirt.

We basically need a full accident report and preferably CCTV pics.

I was on Chris's nearside... Albanian pr*ck in front of me, so I tried to brake but didn't think I was going to stop, so then tried get round Chris's offside, but hit his exhaust and made him drop it

My mud guard and nose fairing are fubbard, but chris has a broken clutch lever and can (I think)
