Shes not local to you but i`ve never met her and shes very good at her job as a bike accident soliciter

Should she take your case and i cant see for one minute she wont you will not get any charges accredited to you

If you do ring her just say Garry from mansfield recommended you and she will know who you mean she just resolved my crash case

but apart from that Hope your ok chap and not hurting too much

Im fine but body, knees and shoulders were stiff as hell last night.

Today good except for the tender elbow - will get it checked later today.

BTW - I followed up with the witness (on the pretext of thanking her again) just to check that her perception was that I was not doing anything stupid like speeding. She confirmed I was only "tootling along minding my own business when the dude threw his sponataneous opportunistic u-turn" (her words)

Nice being part of a group of people like you lot - heart warming actually.

Hopefully you'll be spared the hassle of a post crash insurance battle (no matter how nice the person is, their insurance company are almost always arses) as that should be handled by the Dealer - after statements are made etc.

Glad to hear you aren't too badly off with no internal organs trying to become external organs.

But yeah, Mother says "Get your elbow looked at son."
