Keep us posted on any plans - a weekend in Wales will be on the cards later in the year.

Watch those knobblies on tarmac. I stayed upright for about 6 miles while 'getting the hang of the DRZ' on some my local (tarmac) lanes.

Looks a mean piece of kit that though Grant, have fun.

Ohhh and a trip to Wales, be sure to give me a shout. If you mean the real Wales that is (i.e the North )

I always feel sorry for the one (there nearly always is one) with the kick start that won't start who gets left behind.

Doh!

Hope you and the scoot are okay. It's quite fun lighting up the rear in the wet on those knobblies
Yeah 15 mph lowside coming off a bridge. No idea what happened, one minute sunny and enjoying new ride, next sitting on my @rse looking at the front wheel. Grazed my knee () and broke a hand guard thingy, probs some new scratches on the bike. Did 10 miles of muddy lanes after just to get the hang of it, fell off some more! my new bike.

Yeah. Riding with others will defo be done when further afield (was on local lanes and I know most of the farms whose land they cross, never more than 2 miles from my house). Funny enough, there was a landy in front of me when I fell off and I know the guy. He saw me fall off in his mirrors, but didn't stop because I'm 'one of those bloody scramblers, aye!' - went quite pink when I mentioned it in the pub.

Joined TRF so hope to get out with those guys.

Sorry for hijack Grant!

Arghhh!!!!

Stop showing me offroaders..... this forum isn't safe any more...nothing to see here... just my imagination - twas an orange SV that's all....

Enjoy...

Think I'd have to go with something like an EC250 or crf myself due to the number of times I'd be picking it up.
Not that I am considering anything of the sort.
At all.
Not even a little bit.

Damn - look what you've done - I'm quoting numbers after letters now

Realistically not that much difference in weight among most of the smaller enduros unless you go for something very crap or very good, is there?
