Even the largest of men have problems lifting an SV off the floor.
It took me and my other half to lift Suzy off me when she dislocated my knee, when she pinned me up against next doors back door.
I couldn't lift my other SV up in September when I came off it, again I did try but after sitting on the floor in disgust, a nice man helped me!
One tip I will give you is, if it ever happens, make sure whoever lifts it with you pulls the front brake lever in, as it will help the bike pop up and prevent it sliding as the front wheel moves. ( not that its ever happened to me before......ooooooo noooooo!)
The tip was given to me by my old mechanic, who happens to be a 5 ft irishman It works every time

Ruth, here's a thought... Dropping a bike is better than having no bike at all isn't it?

Use that technique properly, and I guarantee you'll never have a problem picking a bike up again!!
