Quick question, do you burn your boots on the link pipe on the Scorpions? It doesn't have a heat shield in the same place as the stick exhaust.

EDIT: Here is the thread

One more question, are they SW Motech racks? Can you fit the Honda luggage on them?
never had problem burning boots! maybe that is my riding style?

SWmotech are interchangeable for different types of luggage - I have Givi which I could add in to the sale for a bit more other wise I will sell seperately

So they are the SW motech racks then?

I have all the standard Honda luggage but don't really like the fact you have all the ironwork on the bike when you take the panniers off so have been looking at alternatives. If you sell them separately give me a shout

The pannier rack and top box rack come off with a screwdriver due to the Motech Design - although I never actually did that as I was always running around with boxes off and on

but if you wanted to tour and then just use as sportsbike you can get the racks off super easy

HONDA
VFR800-VTEC
2004 Plate
SPORTS-TOURER
I bought my baby back in 2006 and have ridden her across Europe and back again
She is my most responsive comfortable bike to date

I guess you probably know what the history is of the VFR already
and you want to get a machine of your own

My bike has just been MOT'd
and replaced right front brake disc
and replaced head race bearings
thus is up to date
6 MONTHS TAX

The fairings are in Candy Glory Red and are almost pristine
They polish up well and shine
Upfront I have added a dark smoke /black double bubble screen
Makes for great wind deflection
Heated Grips
Hot hands at any time of the year
Electrical output socket [powerlet]
Handy for charging or powering heated clothing or accessories
Centre Stand
Lubing and cleaning so much easier
SWMoTech Pannier Racks and SWMoTech Rear Rack
Less bulky than Givi Racks, model specific
Can be removed with a screwdriver if you want total sports look

The Ultimate V-Four Sound System delivered by Twin Scorpian Silencers
The VFR Roars sounds so much better with baffles out
FULLY SERVICED:
since it's birth the bike has been serviced at each and every service interval
by the technical geniuses at Honda Main Dealer - Chiswick Honda
ALARM:
The bike is fully wired to take Datatool Alarm

Great that's sounding super

Now the four small defects
There is a ding on the tank next to filler cap
It was a replacement tank and had the ding on it when it was fitted
There is an inch of corrosion on the side heat guard
I cannot find the service book YET - Honda Chiswick will verify however
and
I have used her to the full and thus 60k on the clock!
