Yep ive got a set of high output philips bulbs in my bike and have also noticed little difference. These kits ive been looking at apparently have a high and low beam facility and also have a 2yr warranty on them. I think a full twin headlight kit should come out at around £100 which is a steal for xenon power i think.

I've done some nightriding - the lights on curvy are far from perfect, but when riding with XX's and R6's I just let them lead. Same works when returning from a meet, just ride together and let the ones with better lights go first.

TBH, I don't find the standard bulbs that bad. Granted there are better, and my night riding is slower than my day riding, but I'd rather stay upright, so regardless of the power rating of the bulb, it'll probably always stay that way.

Proper Xenons for that price!?

Let me know where to find them, and if they have the hi/lo capability when you get hold of some
