Got home after dropping in on a friend in Melton Mowbray and seeing the angel of the North. Safe and sound about 375 miles to get home I think. Thank you all so much for a great weekend!

Must be the same pair that description is too rare not to be. They are getting about a bit then, this was M1 northbound in Leicestershire.

A white pointy SV passed us on the A1, not sure if it was the one that was at the AR?

Think that was me

I got home at 6pm. Then went to the pub. I don't know why I thought that was a good idea!

Thanks to everyone who organised it, was a great weekend.

Home safe & sound. Well I was yesterday but fell asleep and then busy with family BBQ.

Got home about 2:30, fed my face then fell asleep for 3 hours. Totally knackered.

Thanks to all you guys, good weekend. Nice to put faces to names.

You see I went there, I took pictures of the Angel, but apparently at no point did it occur to me to bump the bike up onto the path and get it in shot. I feel I missed a trick there, but I'm not quite feeling the 700 mile round trip to try again just yet.

Damnit.

I went for the Sunday ride and it was excellent. Half a dozen bikes and 150 miles of awesome tarmac. They even managed to find a couple of miles of nice loose gravel to test out our sphincter muscles.

I'm home now, and ready for an hour's kip on the sofa - if it wasn't covered in biking gear and manky washing.

Thanks to littleoldman and the team for making AR14 happen,

Keith.
