There was a design fault in one of the piaggios that a mate of a mate experienced. Apparently bleow 10 mph or something the steering locks on them so you can't lean you can just turn the wheels and at faster speeds you can lean, well anyway this blokes lean capabilities locked up at 25mph and he could only turn the wheels like a car! deadly
