make sure you operate the carb mechanism rather than the twistgrip, sometimes there's a fraction left after the twistgrip hits the endstop.
As I recall there's precious little adjustment range, I'm not sure how critical it is (not very I suspect), so set it as near as you can get. You can always file the slots if really necessary. |
