Or words to that effect. Just stating that they are too thin is a bit of a vague description is it not
That is my gripe

To be fair, they are well worn, but if you are going to fail me, I want hard facts!! ... a bit like the handbrake ... needs to be X and yours sir was x-y ... furry muff ...

Oh and the car has only done ~1,500 miles since the last MOT ... you telling me they have gone from OK to totally foooooobared??? ... to be fair it was prolly just not picked up at the last MOT, not that they are much diff, I just got Mr 4nal!!

You know they do say that leaving a vehicle not used is the quickest way for faults to occur.

That would explain the sticky handbrake cable ... but not brake wear ... I don't think natural erosion from rain/wind has that much effect on discs over a year?!!?

ha, im having enough trouble getting my bike though the MOT this year.

severely worn head bearings ?

an aprillia rs125 that i have has failed its MOT because the headlight is not stable enough.

there is a bolt that required a third of a turn to make it solid, dont see why they didnt just tighen it, rather than putting a failure on it and making me pay again for a re-test.
