What do you eat for breakfast?

2 slices of toast which I eat on my way to work. Trying to eat something at 6 in the morning for me is rather difficult. I'm not normally hungry until around 10am.

Bran Flakes sprinkled with sultanas and glass or two of OJ
Helps keep the pipes clear and is a good step towards 5 a day

Although thats as far as my 5 a day goes mostly

I just get to work and normally munch on fruit. Usually have an apple or two, banana and some pineapple.

I'm the same. I get up at 04:30 to 05:00 and frankly I don't feel hungry at that time. I start to feel hungry around lunch time.

I work on the logic of eating when I feel hungry, and stopping eating as soon as I feel full whether I have finished a meal or not. I really can't eat just for the hell of it.

I'm with G.

If I eat breakfast, I feel bloated for an hour or two and then get more hungry throughout the day.

Think thats where eating nowt stems from with me. Getting up at 4.30am for work and eating straight away so you can be there at 6, just makes me want to hurl!
But then by the time its breakfast time at work I'm starving!
Or indeed when I'm on nights and everything is topsy turvy. I eat when I'm hungry, its always worked for me

3x scrambled eggs on bergen toast. Fresh coffee.

Protein & carb'd up till mid morning.
