prob go for the argos one for now to see how we get on then if we like it the kids can have that one and us grown'ups can get a bigger one

The reason for camping by the way is the STUPID prices people charge for holidays when the kids are off school

we took the kids out of school 2 weeks ago for a week in torbay but it bloody rain'd all week so we'd like to give them another adventure

Camping? I could never be accused of that, well not since my aportment classes.

Never camped as a family as wifey too much in to her comforts. I loved it as a lad with my mates. Especially the little bit of roughing it and improvisation particularly at meal times! Great laugh.
I unfortunately lost the "throw a wellington boot at each other in a 4 man tent competition" one time when caught by a beaut thrown by a pal and the heel of said missile caught me right in the nose! Jeez that'll make yer eyes water.

Your kids should love it. Enjoy.

Might be an idea to borrow or hire kit for the firsat time, just in case the family dont take to it? Your then not left with loads of gear your going to make a big loss on?
