Re: Cadwell 26th July - Easytrack
This day happens to be my birthday. I may pop along to this, but only to spectate - severe lack of funds!

Re: Cadwell 26th July - Easytrack
We used Easytrack for a trackday back in March at Cadwel, absolutely brilliant, ended up with about 8 x 30min sessions, very good value indeed and well run too!

Re: Cadwell 26th July - Easytrack
Booked, it's too good an opportunity to miss.
I hope to be there on the Monday night, I'll not be camping though it's only 20 miles from home , and of course the Tuesday. Right noobie trackday questions, I've actually been round Cadwell a few times on a Holt rider training day but that's all and I've entered the novice class but.... I've an SV650S btw, 1) Lights? Best way, disconnect/cover/other... 2) Would you remove the lower fairings, I have R&G crash protectors fitted... 3) Is a flip helmet (Shoei Multitec), ok ???? Re: Cadwell 26th July - Easytrack
I'll be booking next week.
1) Disconnection serves no purpose imo, some tape up, from what I've seen, most dont bother. 2) Up to you, less to smash if you come off but with crash bungs on I wouldnt bother with that either 3) Pretty sure any road legal lid is ok Bring tools to take off mirrors, (or borrow others), as they are a real distraction even if folded in. Other userful bits - tyre pressure gauge, footpump. |

2. I probably would, if anything happened it would be something to to pay out for. Fairing lowers are expensive. 3. As long as the helmet has the ACU gold sticker on it you can use it on track..Shoei Multitec is fine.
