I've run a Naked and a faired pointy with tank raisers and de-snorkeled. Both seemed to run no different but I like the noise so I kept them modified.

well ordering the raisers still torn on whether to de snorkel or fit the thou 1 just a bit weary after all the rain we have had lately

I got one of mine de-snorkled. I tried to run it standard once, but it ran like a bag of poo, so I changed it back....but then mine is re jetted

Yes, and a curvy which is far more dependant on jetting and induction resistance.

I just removed mine now, gave it a quick start up but couldn't really notice a difference, will see when I run to work on it tomorrow though, see what difference it makes, curse the org for giving me all these ideas for messing with my bike hehe.

Anyone got any websites for curvy tank raisers and will taking the foam out from underneath the tank just make it louder?? And putting tank raisers on and doing the foam effect performance?
