It's not illegal, just not sensible. Some want to see lights permanently on for cars too, but it's a grey area...

Probably not, little point waving at cars, the chances of them learning anything are slim.

As for them all having lights on all the time - that would just make me less visible to everyone else.

Me too. I've fallen out with the Mrs over this a few times. People don't realise that looking through a rain soaked visor at a rain soaked mirror tends to obscure grey cars on grey days on grey roads with grey buildings behind...

I suppose me not wearing a tinted visor might help a bit But, I have to get off the bike, gloves off, lid off etc etc. Alls am asking is for all grey cars to switch the lights on when it gets cloudy to save me some effort, is it really too much to ask??
