Yep if you are USA based then thats the best place to find what you are after. This site is UK based so the info we give about supplies and people to help you, might not be relevant.

Sorry ha! Im in the US, theyre about $7k here new. But used sell for $5 or so, unless its a pre 2003

Hire a van or ask a mate with a trailer, which ever is applicable.

I would have a search on the SVrider site first, this one is a US based SV website where as SV650.org is a UK based one.

If you are competent with spanners and you can find the parts then it is an easy swap, not sure what the parts supply is like in the US but somethings over here are a pain to source. You can make your money back, even profit from it, by selling off the unwanted 'S' parts when you are finished.

Have a good look around first, the 'N' model SV's are just as popular as the 'S' models worldwide.
