Totally agree, I've ridden 3 Striples recently, 1 std version and 2 'R' versions. The suspension is firmer on the 'R' giving better feedback and the brakes on the 'R' are superb.

Budget is around 2k max. Cant justify more as just a toy. VFR looking favourable.
