IE7(beta) display problems

Firefox has steadily improved over the last few years (I've been using it almost exclusively for about 2 years now).

Only time I had to use IE was about a year or so ago, when my bank insisted my browser wasn't safe enough to use online banking (who/what decided this I'll never know ... but it made me laugh, "so they'll insist on us using IE, but say that the much more safer and robust Firefox is not suitable for browsing their online banking application"? Hahahahahaha

Also, used to have to use IE with Hotmail, as Firefox used to look a bit pants, but that's down to M$ using non-standard code, which Firefox wouldn't render properly (thankfully that seems to be a thing of the past now).

However, IE still launches whenever you click "E-mail" from within MSN . If anyone knows how to change this, let me know

Blue - have you tried re-installing IE6 over the top of IE7 and downgrading your Beta IE7 to IE6 that way.

I'm not sure it'll work as it'll probably call the IE7 routine thats hanging but it might be worth a shot.
