Yea the same diameter on the outside ... Ha ha, It dont seem to be an easy one off job.

Problem is the only people that do big runs are in America and that causes a lot of issues sending them over and all that.

tbh your best off with a flap wheel. theres a good chance that you will crush them in a lathe with a thin plastic wallthickness. and if thet are "slits" in the bottom theres also the chance you will catch one on the tool and then you can kill it goodbye.

however if you must have a go im in huddersfield and could get them done for ya but i would think your better off with a flap wheel and a drill!!!!!

Its basically like a drill bit with lits of "flaps" of spand paper on them. Couple of quid from wilkos! Used for taking paint off or deburring stuff.

You could always not mess about with boring the velocity stocks out...

On a serious note, if you could jig the stacks up yourself with something that pops into a drill you could bore the plastic out with some sand paper / emery cloth and theoretically still keep the stacks round. I've used a drill to do something similar on an external diameter.

F*ck knows how you jig it up though, I'm just an ideas man.

Ha ha. I kinda need to bore the Velocity stacks out since Ive bored the Throttle's out.

I talked to my brother, they did go in. I think he put them in upside down though as they arnt sealing right, there is a lip on one edge as they are cut at 8* to get a propper fit...

Just hope he dont try to make them fit! heh.

Cheers.
