All you have to do (it seems) is call this special number: 08701 942095
lines open 8:30am - 11pm, it's called their "new best friend" offer on the letter.

Not just for friends of sky staff, they are mailing lots of sky subscribers.

I agree with the naff service that Sky offers.
I have been a customer for about the last 10 years. We currently have a problem with Sky+ where when you record something, it sticks and jumps when you play it back (seems to happen more on Channel 4). Can I get any joy from Sky, NO!! Apart from their usual turn it off/back on again, all they are looking for is for me to pay £60 to get it fixed by them. It's a joke when we spend the best part of £50 each month on it anyway.

PM'd. You'll just have to wait (probably a long time) for cheaper HD. Or get a job here. Employees can get it cheaper, but we have to wait until customers have got theirs.

Gotta say I've had Sky and NTL in the past and Sky wins everytime. Unfortunately I live in a listed buildingy thing at the moment and can't have a dish so have to put up with NTL.
Sky CC is far better than NTL CC, but isn't almost all CC really poor?
