Re: Autumn ride out
Chris, are you coming over for the ride just for the day or are you having slightly longer in Wales?

Re: Autumn ride out
Ok, great stuff. Reason I was asking was because you are coming across to L'pool I thought it would save you some riding miles to meet us if we had a run around N. Wales. However, as it's a Saturday the north is likely to be pretty busy so I think we'll go for some of the slightly quieter roads a little further south away from the main hotspots.

Re: Autumn ride out
Depending what you have planned on where to stay Friday Chris and what time you arrive you could have a couple of longer rides 1) head up the M6 take A59 towards Clitheroe at J31 then follow signs for Trough of Bowland and have a nice ride through the Forest of Bowland AONB. 2) You could head for Matlock Bath and the famous cat and fiddle on the A537 and then check out bakewell and buxton in the Peak district. Or you could do some shorter/nearer stuff f.ex. head to chesire and oulton park or you could do some touristy stuff getting some pics at beatles sites penny lane, strawberry fields etc or some of the football murals if your a Liverpool fan though with the little ****s about I wouldn't recommend that on your own if I am honest.
