Proper butter, I do plenty of exercise to not worry about all that crap.

I like butter & raspberry jam with seeds.

Toast has to be properly brown, not some animic stuff like SWMBO likes.

The allow to cool so that it can be buttered without the butter melting.

Nothing else.

Oh and eat it upside down, - no the toast not you! - so that the butter goes directly onto the tounge. That way you get the taste without needing to put too much on.
