Unfortunately I am now out of this one, I have quite a lot of fluid on my knee and still struggling with it, been doctors and that, gotta go back on the 11th to see where it is at. Looks like if I am well enough for the CBR trackday at Silverstone I will be doing that.

I have no bike
 though I may have by this date. My knee is doubtful though, couldn't sit on a bike properly yesterday.

i've managed to get myself cover, but the sv is highly unlikely to be in a track worthy condition by tuesday now. so i'm going to have to ring focused and ask if i can change to another date and pay the extra
