cheers peoples, been fiddling with it all pretty much all of yesterday and today, think its pretty much set up now to what i want. not tried it with any pedals yet

Nice work there!
I've been building one myself on and off for the past year, although I ended up buying an aftermarket neck for it as my luthiery skills are not up to scratch yet. |

I did see you could get pre-made necks when I was looking for bits a pieces. I'm thinking of making another one, a Les Paul or something with a glued in neck |

It's far better building your own neck.
If i had the time, I would have liked to give it a go, but as the workshop I was using was available for a week only, I only had the time to knock up two telecaster bodies. Les Paul type would be a great project. |
