bike looks ace

so I am interested- what did he say after getting off the gixxer and on to the SV?..
Yer we doo speak funny down ear!! Like to drag out the words!!

Funny that you were in the area, now im in your neck of the woods. I speak extra funny, born in nottingham and lived in Somerset for 12 years. Ooo Arrrr!!! Hey up me duck !!!

Anyway as for the gixxer my dad was well impressed, power on tap and the sound was well nice even with stock can on. But deep down he loves his SV for its versitility and value. He was supprised how comfy the gixxer was too.. The SV does more than enough for what my dad wants from biking, so he's more than happy.

Saw a few SV's up snake pass and ladybower damb today hello if it was anyone on here!!

Hi, i just bought the same SV as your dad last November, sounds like he got a great deal. I was thinking of getting a fender extender fitted, as due to go in for 1st service v/soon. Does it keep a lot of the crap off the engine ?

Rainbow exhaust looks great by the way !

You still get a bit of muck in the lower part of the fairing but it does stop alot and helps keep unwanted water away from the spark plugs.. I think its adviseable to fit one!!!

1RichSV650 - that is a stunning bike!

I went to my local dealer today who have got one in the same colour with the fairing and cowl.. I'm looking at £4400ish for it on the road with a Datatool S4 fitted, don't really want to spend that much but looking at how it could be after some tasteful mods is changing my mind

Did your dad get his clear indy's fitted by the dealer?
