I think we will be looking again locally and finding something that fits well instead of using the criteria "pink" "pretty" etc for protecting her face/teeth and brain.

I think you're off your head for considering those in the first place.
You don't see the colour when you're wearing it.

Something like these, maybe? I know a couple of girls with the butterfly helmet.

She says the pink one with butterflies is ok, and would consider wearing it (but it will cost me £100 more not that I'm complaining and yes it will be better protection). She'll probably decide she doesnt like bikes again next week Thanks for the feedback - not off my head - that's why I asked for some advice before using it.

As I seem to be suffering from false memory syndrome today, I can't remember is this happened to one of my customers, or someone at one of our other shops, but....

The lady is question was told she could not wear her new Momo Fighter helmet for her CBT as it did not show an sticker verifying it as having passed ECE 22-05.

Unfortunately, the training school didn't look closely enough - on many open face lids (including the Momo) this sticker is sewn into the chin strap and is normally covered by the chin pad (the extra bit of padding that wraps around the strap).

That's a good lid you got there. The Shark S800 has completely removeable cheek pads and lining....and you get a 5 year warranty with it

Also....has the easiest visor change of any helmet I've tried.
