Well, I'll gladly take 3 points and a £60 fine and mark it up to experience/inexperience.........or maybe they'll offer me a speed awareness course.

Sorry dude, speed awareness courses are for those who are only slightly (ie within 10mph) over the limit. I did one a few years back and they do all these tests. Turns out I drive a lot faster than anyone else, but that my hazard awareness is really good, reaction time is really good and my "emotional involvement" with driving (?) is the best type to have...

I came out convinced that I can drive about 20% faster than I do now...

How long did you have your new bike before you got flashed? If you had the V5 back before you got flashed then you may be OK, if not, then hang on some more

give yourself another week just incase the post has screwed up. if nothing...you're clear. And if you do get it in the post, check the dates because im pretty sure you HAVE to get the fine within a certain time period. Outside of that period..its void.

If im wrong, correct me someone! (which will probs be spidey since he is clued up on these things)
