True, but you could stand up on the footboards on his machine

But you don't need to as there's no big tank between your knees your hands do all the work, so you can practice tap dancing whilst riding. In bad weather he's got a thing that goes over his legs to keep them dry & warm, but he can wear normal non biking trousers.

Its easier for him to get to work in Rotterdam, than using a car & where he lives, there's no train or buses, so its a great way to get into work. Cheaper on fuel too
