I've done a fair few of these over the last couple of years. Its a tw@ of a job and not one that should really be tried by your average diy-er.

1500 notes seems ok as an estimate, but I would have thought £1200 would be closer to the mark.

Recently sabotaged ours to drop cables down the chimney into the front room, never realised the cost of the stuff!

yes... that is actually exactly what it is...its a horrible awful job..
