for those that are thinking of coming along the the AR but unsure of the rideout then let me put your mind at ease.
the rideout will be just that and has been designed so riders of all abilities will be able to ride it. there will be some technical sections but they will be fun. a few stretches of single track but it's all good. the riding pace will be a relaxed one with safety a main priority. i hate to say this but if your looking for a race or to wave willies then i suggest you look elsewhere. the actual route has been designed in a way that will make it very unlikely you will get lost. the route is finalised and just the final polishing will be done within the next few weeks once the concerned parties have had a get together. just a thought.
On the day hand,when you do the handout with the contact phone numbers. How about including the post codes and address of the snack /petrol stops . Then if anyone does get lost there's a backup plan.
